Carrie Zaslow is the Executive Director of the Providence Revolving Fund. Carrie has an extensive background in community development, finance, and deployment of effective and innovative programs. Prior to joining the team at the Providence Revolving Fund, she had an 11-year tenure at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) as well as earlier experience at Randolph Savings Bank and the Housing Network of Rhode Island. She has spent much of her career driving investment to low- and moderate-income neighborhoods throughout Rhode Island. She was the co-founder of Sustainable Artist Space Initiative, which addressed artist displacement and affordable housing in Providence. Carrie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Michigan University and a Master of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design. In addition, Carrie served in leadership positions the Rhode Island Housing Resources Commission and Rhode Island Council on the Arts and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the New England Foundation on the Arts and the Rhode Island Public Health Association.
